Easterseals Delaware & Maryland's Eastern Shore provides exceptional services, education, outreach, and advocacy so that people with disabilities, seniors, their families and caregivers can live, learn, work and play in our communities.
This season, caregivers are encouraged to check in on aging loved ones and take simple steps to keep them safe. Easterseals offers guidance on assistive technology, home safety, and organizing medications, plus resources and support available at their Caregiver Resource Centers and December 3 Open House.
During National Family Caregiver Month in November and all year long, Easterseals supports families like Donald’s. While Donald enjoys arts, exercises, and social activities in the adult day program, his caregiver, Mary, gets time to recharge. Programs like adult day services, the Caregiver Resource Center, and Lifespan Respite funds help loved ones thrive while caregivers find balance.
