Come support Easterseals Delaware & Maryland’s Eastern Shore and your favorite political team, as they “mix” it up as guest bartenders at the Grain Craft Bar + Kitchen in Newark on Wednesday, March 4, from 5:30 to 8 p.m. Each team will be competing for the most tips to see which side can raise more money for their political volleyball team in the 21st annual Democrats vs. Republicans Political Match for the Easterseals/CAI Volleyball Challenge.
Grain Craft Bar + Kitchen will be donating 20% of the food bill to Easterseals during the Guest Bartending event. House Speaker Mimi Brown will lead the charge for tips for the Democrats, while Rep. Mike Smith will headline for the Republicans.

The bartending event is just a preview of the fierce competition that can be witnessed when the two political parties face off for the 21st year at the Easterseals/CAI Volleyball Challenge. On Saturday, March 7 at 9 a.m., the two teams will take the court at University of Delaware Carpenter Sports Building in Newark, DE. The Republicans are currently in the lead, 11 to 8.
Along with the legislators, the community will be helping to raise critically needed funds for Easterseals services by participating in the Volleyball Challenge. It is not too late to register for this family-friendly event by going to www.volleyballchallenge.net.
