Easterseals Hosts Walk With Me Delmarva Event This Fall

Easterseals Delaware & Maryland’s Eastern Shore invites the public to join them for the annual “Walk With Me & 5K Run Delmarva” event. The event will unite hundreds of families and supporters in lower Delaware and along Maryland’s Eastern Shore to raise funds for Easterseals services, impacting the lives of local individuals, such as Walk With Me Ambassador Cali Their, of Rehoboth Beach, DE, and families living with disabilities.  

The event is slated for Sunday, October 19, 2025, at Baywood Greens, 32267 Clubhouse Way, Long Neck, DE. Check-in begins at 2:30 p.m., featuring family-friendly activities, refreshments, and entertainment. The run starts at 3:30 p.m., followed by the walk immediately after. Top racers will receive awards from Seashore Striders. Registration can be found online at WalkWithMeDelmarva.com.  

“We invite the public to join us at the Walk With Me event. It is a vital way for Easterseals to connect with our community, raising awareness and critically needed dollars for local individuals with disabilities, such as Cali, as well as children, seniors, veterans, and their families. We rely on participation and fundraising by our walkers and runners to help make these events successful,” Easterseals Director of Events and Engagement, Pamelyn Manocchio, said. “There are also opportunities for local businesses to get involved. We hope to make this a record-breaking year in many ways!”
