Easterseals Welcomes New Board Members

Easterseals Delaware & Maryland’s Eastern Shore recently welcomed Meghan C. Livingston, JD, of Exton, PA, and Ken Montville, of Ocean Pines, MD to its Board of Directors.

Livingston is the Senior Vice President and Senior Deputy General Counsel at Nemours Children’s. She also leads the Office of Contract Administration. Before joining Nemours, Livingston served as in-house counsel for Genesis Healthcare and practiced at Stevens & Lee, P.C. She is a member of the American Health Law Association, a 2023 Leadership Delaware Fellow, and serves on the Advisory Board for Action for Delaware’s Children. Livingston earned a law degree from Penn State Law and a bachelor’s degree in Biochemistry from University of Delaware.

“I joined the Easterseals Board because I am inspired by the organization's commitment to helping people achieve their fullest potential. I hope to use my experience to support its mission, strengthen community awareness, and help ensure Easterseals continues to grow and serve those who rely on its programs and services,” Livingston said. “Easterseals is so important because it provides life-changing support and creates opportunities that strengthen our entire community.”

Montville is the Rotary District Governor of District 7630, which includes the state of Delaware and Maryland's Eastern Shore. For over 20 years, Montville sold residential real estate in the Prince George’s and Montgomery County areas. In 2010, he joined the Rotary Club of Parole (Annapolis). Montville later joined the Rotary Leadership Institute faculty and eventually became the President of the Club. In 2016, he joined the Rotary Club of College Park and became its President as well. Montville joined the Rotary Club of Salisbury and became the Club’s Rotary Foundation Chair.

“I became involved with Easterseals as a result of the historic relationship shared by its founders from the beginning,” Montville said. “I am proud to be a part of Easterseals and support their vision.”
