Pam Reuther serves as President and CEO of Easterseals Delaware & Maryland’s Eastern Shore. A dedicated Easterseals leader for more than 30 years, Pam began with the organization as a Physical Therapist Assistant, advancing to Physical Therapist early in her tenure. She went on to hold a variety of leadership roles, including serving as Chief Operating Officer from 2018 to 2026.
Pam earned a Master of Science in Physical Therapy from Neumann University. Throughout her career, she has helped lead the expansion of Easterseals’ services across Delaware and Maryland’s Eastern Shore, including growth in early intervention, autism services, community-based supports, recreation and respite programs, and services for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
As President and CEO, Pam provides strategic and operational leadership for Easterseals’ programs and services that support children and adults with disabilities and their families throughout Delaware and Maryland’s Eastern Shore. Pam and her husband, Kurt, have two grown children and two grandchildren.
