Pam Reuther is the Chief Operating Officer for Easterseals Delaware & Maryland’s Eastern Shore since 2018. She started her career with Easterseals as a Physical Therapist more than 30 years ago and has held various leadership positions. In her role as Chief Operating Officer, Pam has responsibility over the many different programs and services, including, Children Therapy, Intellectual Disabilities & Adult Day Health Services, Community Outreach and Assistive Technology, Self Directed Services, and Recreation & Respite.
Pam received a Master of Science Degree in Physical Therapy from Neumann University. Through her tenure at Easterseals, she has been appointed by various Governor’s to three different Advisory Councils, including: the Interagency Coordinating Council for Birth to Three Early Intervention Services (since 2003), Delaware’s Medical Care Advisory Council (since 2017) and Delaware’s Early Childhood Council (since 2023).
Pam is a native Delawarean, who along with her husband, Kurt, have two grown children and two grandchildren.
