Pamela A. Patone, CPA, SHRM-SCP

Pamela A. Patone has served as the Chief Financial Officer since June 2021.  Prior to 2021, Pamela served as the Comptroller, Treasurer and Secretary to the Municipal Services Commission of the City of New Castle Delaware where she managed the electric and water utility system for 13 years.  Pamela has worked as the lead finance person for numerous organizations in Delaware in addition to 13+ years in public accounting.  Pamela has specialized in non-profit accounting and in addition to her CPA license has earned certification as a Society of Human Resources Senior Certified Professional.  She earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from University of Delaware.  Pamela’s responsibilities include finance, human resources, and information technology.  Pamela has 2 grown daughters who are also pursuing careers in accounting and healthcare.
