Participants are able to find meaningful work and receive competitive wages with the support of an Easterseals Employment Specialist who serves as a natural support and provides on-the-job training. -

The program matches participants with jobs in local businesses so they can earn competitive wages with the assistance of job coaching and training. -

Each year, Easterseals partners with over 60 businesses around Delaware to recruit and train individuals with disabilities for their workplace.
