5K Your Way

5K Your Way is coming to Salisbury, Maryland on April 18, and everyone is invited to participate their way. Run, walk, or roll on a fully accessible course while raising critical funds for children and adults with disabilities, inspired by our event ambassador, Martin. New name, new place, same great cause. Join us in making a difference in our local community.

Join in the 5K run or 5K noncompetitive walk: Saturday, April 18, 2026.

Easterseals is grateful to Salisbury Bible Fellowship (1500 Court Plaza Ln) for serving as our start/finish site -- fully accessible for strollers, wheelchairs, and athletes of all abilities.

WALKERS: $25 registration fee in advance; $30 on event day.

RUNNERS: $30 registration fee in advance; $35 on race day.

VIRTUAL: $25 donation to Easterseals and walk, run, or roll wherever you choose!

Official "5K Your Way" T-shirts guaranteed for all pre-registered participants.
